Indoor Netball
Indoor Netball is played every Monday and Thursday night at the NICC. With the 7 aside commpetiton on Mondays, and the 5 aside competition on Thursdays.
Information
Teams play the same night every week.
Game times.
- Monday; Games commence 5:30, games consist of 4 x 8 minute quarters.
- Thursday; Games commence 6:50, games consist of 4 x 8 minute quarters.
Rules are those of the Australian Indoor Netball Association, with some minor modifications for the 5 aside game.
Pay your nomination by round 6 to receive 10 bonus competition points.
Game Fee
- 7 aside: $77
- 5 aside: $55
All umpires and equipment are provided.
There is no uniform requirements for netball. The NICC supplies all bibs.
Finals are played 1st v 4th and 2nd v 3rd. Winners play in the grand final.
Grades that consist of 7 or more teams will split for the finals.
A Most Valuable Player award will be run in each grade.
Players must play a minimum of 4 games to qualify for finals.
A forfeit fee will apply to those teams not giving at least 48 hours notice of any difficulty with the draw. If a team has trouble getting players we will do our best to find players or arrange a time change so that teams are able to play their regular night.
